Text

Medicare beneficiaries. With available funds, the State Department of Health shall apply to the Secretary for the federal Department of Health and Human Services for any and all waivers, grants, or other assistance that would allow or facilitate the establishment of a program of enhanced reimbursement for services provided to Medicare beneficiaries in emergency hospitals in rural areas of the state.
