Text

Assistance with emergency medical response.

A.The governing body of any municipality, public ambulance service district organized pursuant to Sections 1201 through 1221 of Title 19 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or emergency medical service district organized pursuant to Section 9C of Article X of the Oklahoma Constitution may elect to enter into agreements with local first responder agencies, whether governmental or nonprofit, for the purpose of acquiring assistance with emergency medical response.
B.All agreements entered into pursuant to subsection A of this section shall, at a minimum: 1. Determine the required training necessary in order for first responders to participate under the agreement; 2. Establish a system for identifying which first responders are eligible to participate under
