§ 63-1-236 — Definitions.

A.As used in this act: 1. "Committee" means the Joint Legislative Committee for Review of Coordination of Efforts for Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases; 2. "Coordinating Council" means the Interagency Coordinating Council for Coordination of Efforts for Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases; and 3. "State Plan" means the State Plan for Coordination of Efforts for Prevention of Adolescent Pregnancy and Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
B.The purpose of this act is to provide for a comprehensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary and interagency effort to reduce the rate of adolescent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases within the State of Oklahoma.
