A.There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the State Board of Health to be designated the "Child Abuse Prevention Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of all monies received pursuant to the provisions of Section 1-227.6 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 5 of this act, and such other sources as the Legislature may provide.
B.The Child Abuse Prevention Fund shall be used by the Office of Child Abuse Prevention for funding grants and contracts for child abuse and neglect prevention programs and services as provided for in Section 1-227.6 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes. The Office shall use the Child Abuse Prevention Fund to fund only those grants and contracts approved by the State B
