Text
The duties of each of the governing boards shall be: 1. For the community mental health board, the duties prescribed by the Unified Community Mental Health Services Act, Sections 3-301 through 3-327 of Title 43A of the Oklahoma Statutes; and 2. For the intellectual disability board, the duties prescribed for the Department of Human Services by Sections 1406 through 1425 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
