Committee.
A.There is hereby created the Oklahoma Long-term Care Services and Supports Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Committee shall be to develop a long-range plan for long-term care service and supports, the financial impact of these services, and stable, sustainable funding to support projected growth of these services in the state in the future. The Committee shall consist of the following members: 1. Two members representing for-profit nursing homes, one member to be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives and one member to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate; 2.
