§ 63-1-219 — Child guidance programs, community mental health
Oklahoma·Title 63 Public Health And Safety
services and community facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities authorized. The board of county commissioners of any county, or the board of county commissioners of two or more counties jointly, is hereby authorized, at the option and approval of the board or boards, to conduct a child guidance program, and/or community health center and/or community facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, separate and apart from or in conjunction with the county department of health, and to request as a part of the county budget an appropriation of not to exceed an amount equal to the net proceeds of a levy of three-fourths (3/4) mill on the dollar valuation of taxable property in the county for such purpose or purposes; and to employ personnel, within the limits of such
