§ 63-1-218 — Annual budget.
Oklahoma·Title 63 Public Health And Safety
The city-county board of health, in cooperation with the Director of the city-county health department, shall prepare an annual budget for the operation of the city-county health department and submit the same, together with recommendations as to the respective contributions, to the board of county commissioners and to each city, town, school district or other agency or organization participating in the operation of such city-county health department as hereinabove provided. Such budget and recommendations shall act as a guide to such participants in providing for the operating and financing of such city-county health department for the current or ensuing fiscal year.
