§ 63-1-1909 — Documents and papers required to be displayed.

Every long-term care facility as defined by Section 3 of this act shall conspicuously post for display in an area of its offices accessible to residents, employees and visitors the following: 1. Its current license; 2. A description, provided by the State Department of Health, of complaint procedures established under this act and the name, address and telephone number of a person authorized by the Department to receive complaints. A copy of the complaint procedure shall also be given to each resident or in certain cases, the court appointed guardian; 3. A copy of any order pertaining to the facility issued by the Department or a court which is currently in effect; 4. A copy of any notification from the local law enforcement authority of the registration of any person residing in the facil
