A.It shall be unlawful for any person to perform medical micropigmentation or to represent himself or herself as a person authorized to perform medical micropigmentation: 1. Without having first complied with the provisions of the Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Regulation Act; or 2. Unless otherwise authorized to perform medical micropigmentation pursuant to the Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Regulation Act.
B.The State Board of Health, giving consideration to the recommendations of the Consumer Protection Licensing Advisory Council created in Section 44 of this act, shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of the Oklahoma Medical Micropigmentation Regulation Act.
