Text
Membership - Officers - Meetings - Quorum - Staffing - Compensation - Expenses - Performance of preliminary duties.
A.There is hereby created the Oklahoma Building Bonds Commission. The Commission shall consist of the following members: 1. Two members appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate of the State of Oklahoma; 2. Two members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the State of Oklahoma; and 3. Three members appointed by the Governor of the State of Oklahoma.
B.The Commission shall elect a chair and a vice-chair to serve one-year terms.
C.A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum. The Commission shall be subject to the Open Meeting Act, Section 301 et seq. of Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and the Open Records Act, Se
