Text

A.There is hereby created until July 1, 2023, the "State Revenue Apportionment Evaluation Commission".
B.The Commission shall consist of nine (9) members to be appointed or selected as follows: 1. Two persons appointed by the Governor; 2. Two persons to be appointed by the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, one member of the majority party and one member of the minority party; 3. Two persons to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate, one member of the majority party and one member of the minority party; 4. The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Tax Commission or a designee; 5. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services or a designee; and 6. The State Treasurer or a designee.
