The clerk or appointed agent of every county, city, town, township, board of education, school district, or other municipal corporation in this state, issuing bonds under Sections 411 et seq. of this title, shall register the same in his office. Such bonds shall also, in every case, be registered by the county clerk or appointed agent, showing the date, number and amount thereof, rate of interest, to whom payable, where payable, and date of maturity; and all bonds issued under this act shall have endorsed thereon a certificate signed by the county clerk and the district attorney of the county in which such issuing municipality is located, to the effect that said bonds are issued pursuant to law, and that said issue is within the debt limit.
