A.All appropriated and nonappropriated state agencies shall be required to use the following information technology services and systems operated and maintained by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for all agency functions: 1. Data Service Center of the Information Services Division; 2. Networking services; 3. Communication or intercommunication systems; 4. Electronic mail systems; and 5. Data and network security systems.
B.All appropriated and nonappropriated state agencies shall be required to exclusively use the following programs, services, software and processes provided through the Integrated Central Financial System known as CORE and as implemented by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services and shall not utilize any programs, services, software or processe
