technology positions - Assessment. A.

1.All state agencies shall provide to the Chief Information Officer a list of information technology assets of the agency which are integral to agency-specific applications or functions and a list of information technology positions which are directly associated with the assets. The agency shall further provide the reference to federal or state statutory or constitutional provisions which require it to perform the applications or functions.
2.If the Chief Information Officer disputes the identification of assets or positions provided by a state agency as being integral to agency-specific applications or functions, the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall make the final determination.
B.Not later than December 1 of each
