Text

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the State Department of Education to be designated the "Common Education Technology Revolving Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of monies received pursuant to the provisions of subparagraph a of paragraph 2 and subparagraph a of paragraph 3 of Section 1004 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes and any funds previously deposited in the Common Education Technology Fund. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the State Department of Education as authorized by the Oklahoma Legislature.
