information technology equipment facilities. The Information Services Division of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services is authorized to: 1. Define the requirements for a facility that can be used by any state agency to: a. install backup information technology equipment, or b. install information technology equipment acquired as the result of the primary processing facilities being unavailable for an extended period of time; 2. Enter into a multiyear agreement for a private facility that meets the defined requirements; and 3. Advise state agencies when the facility is available for their use.
