A.Except as provided in subsection B of this section, on every contract entered into by any county, school district, technology center school district or political subdivision of the state for an architect, contractor, engineer or supplier of construction materials of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) or more, shall be the following signed statement: STATE OF OKLAHOMA) ) ss.
