Text
There is hereby created a petty cash fund not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for the Office of the Secretary of State to be used as a cash drawer change fund and for the purchase of or reimbursement for expenditures of less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) pursuant to the rules and procedures established by the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.
