Text
As used in the Community Residential Living for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act, a group home does not include any of the following: 1. A hospital or home for persons with mental illness; 2. An establishment commonly described as an alcohol or substance abuse rehabilitation center; or 3. A residential facility for persons released from or assigned to correctional institutions.
