No private inurement.
1.Employees, officers, and members of the governing board of the charitable organization administering a charitable trust or the common charitable trust fund shall not receive commissions, bonuses, or other remuneration based on the solicitation of charitable trusts or investment of assets in the common charitable trust fund.
2.Employees, officers, and members of the governing board of the charitable organization administering a charitable trust or the common charitable trust fund shall not receive loans, gifts, or other pecuniary benefits from a charitable trust or the common charitable trust fund except that employees and officers of the charitable organization may receive reasonable compensation for their employment as a part of the administrative overhead of the
