§ 6-2001.1 — Oklahoma State Credit Union Board - Creation.

A.There is hereby created the Oklahoma State Credit Union Board, which shall consist of five (5) members appointed by the Governor. The State Bank Commissioner shall be one of the members, and he shall preside as Chairman of the State Credit Union Board. One of the other four members shall be a member of a credit union organized under the laws of this state, and each of the other three members shall be the officer in charge of operations or a director of a credit union organized under the laws of this state; provided, however, one of those three may be from a federal credit union. Said four members shall be selected by the Governor, with advice and consent of the Senate, from a list of not less than five (5) names for each member to be appointed submitted by the Oklahoma Credit Union Leag
