requirements. Rules; exemption from economic impact statement requirements. In addition to any other rulemaking authority it has under the Oklahoma Banking Code, the Board is authorized to promulgate reasonable rules which it deems advisable for the administration of international banking corporations under the International Bank Act in the interest of protecting depositors, creditors, borrowers, or the public interest and in the interest of maintaining a sound banking system in this state. Because of the difficulty in obtaining economic data with regard to such banks, no economic impact statement shall be required in connection with said rules.
