Text
It shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D1 felony offense for an officer, director, employee, attorney, or agent of a bank or trust company to conceal or endeavor to conceal any transaction of the bank or trust company from any officer, director or employee of the bank or trust company or any official or employee of the department to whom it should be properly disclosed.
