Text
Administrative Assistant, Assistant Commissioner. It shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D1 felony offense for any person to serve as Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Administrative Assistant or Assistant Commissioner, of the Department who has been convicted of an offense constituting, in the jurisdiction in which the conviction was had, a violation of the banking laws, a felony involving dishonesty or a breach of trust.
