limited liability company.
A.If the lessee is a corporation and the president, treasurer or secretary certifies that certain designated persons are authorized to enter the box, the lessor may permit such designated persons to enter without liability therefor.
B.If the lessee is a general partnership or a limited partnership and a general partner confirms in writing that certain designated persons are authorized to enter the box, the lessor may permit such designated persons to enter without liability therefor. C.
1.If the lessee is a limited liability company and is managed by its members, and if a majority of the members confirms in writing that certain designated persons are authorized to enter the box, the lessor may permit such designated persons to enter without liability therefor.
