Text

Restrictions. Any bank now or hereafter authorized to engage in the trust business and exercise trust powers shall have and enjoy all the powers granted in this article, save those granted in paragraph (20) of subsection A of Section 1001, and they, their directors, officers and employees shall be subject to all the terms and provisions of this article.
