Penalties.

A.Any person holding a license as occupational therapist issued by the Board may use the title "Occupational Therapist", "Registered Occupational Therapist", or "Licensed Occupational Therapist", or the letters "O.T.", "O.T.R.", or "O.T.R./L.". Any person holding a license as an occupational therapy assistant issued by the Board may use the title "Occupational Therapy Assistant", "Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant", or "Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant" or use the letters "O.T.A.", "C.O.T.A.", or "O.T.A./L.". No other person shall in any way, orally or in writing, in print, or by sign or transmission of sound or sight, directly or by implication, represent himself as an occupational therapist. Such misrepresentation, upon conviction, shall constitute a misdemeanor
