§ 59-858-815 — Annual certification of system or process to verify an
Oklahoma·Title 59 Professions And Occupations
appraiser's credentials. Each AMC seeking to be registered in this state shall certify to the Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board on an annual basis on a form prescribed by the Board that the AMC has a system and process in place to verify that an individual being added to the appraiser panel of the AMC for appraisal services holds a credential in good standing in this state pursuant to the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Act.
