The Oklahoma Real Estate Appraiser Board shall establish the fee to be paid by each AMC seeking registration or renewal of a registration under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act. The amount of the registration and renewal fees must be the lesser of: 1. The Board’s determination of the sum of the fees paid by all appraisal management companies seeking registration or renewal of a registration under the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act sufficient for the administration of the Oklahoma Appraisal Management Company Regulation Act; or 2. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00). Fees shall be received by the Oklahoma Insurance Department and shall be deposited to the Oklahoma Certified Real Estate Appraisers Revolving Fund as set forth in the Oklahoma Certifie
