reactivation of license - Insurance. To be licensed as a home inspector, or to renew or reactivate a license, an applicant shall submit to the Construction Industries Board such documents and fees as are required by the Home Inspection Licensing Act or the rules promulgated pursuant thereto and shall provide evidence of having secured a certificate of general liability insurance in the amount required by rule. The amount of the certificate of general liability insurance required shall not be less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00).
