A.Every person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine by the State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall report within fourteen (14) days any criminal investigation in a jurisdiction which concerns that person.
B.Every person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine by the Board shall report within fourteen (14) days any action taken to limit their license, credentials, or other authorization to practice osteopathic medicine.
C.If a person licensed to practice osteopathic medicine in this state voluntarily resigns from the staff of a health care institution, or voluntarily limits that person’s own staff privileges at a health care institution or fails to reapply for hospital or staff privileges at a health car
