Text
A.The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners may issue an osteopathic faculty license without examination to an individual who remits an electronic application and fee, as set by the Board, who: 1. Demonstrates to the Board that he or she is currently licensed to practice osteopathic medicine in another jurisdiction in the United States; 2. Demonstrates to the Board that he or she is a graduate of an accredited school of osteopathic medicine; and 3. Has completed the requirements of general licensure as defined by the Board.
B.The license shall authorize the holder to practice only in conjunction with his or her teaching duties at an accredited school of osteopathic medicine or in its affiliated teaching hospitals or clinics.
