Text

The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall have the power to: 1. Adopt and prescribe the use of a common seal; 2. Hold regular meetings at times to be fixed by the president of the Board in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act. In addition, the president may call such special and other meetings in accordance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act; 3. Promulgate rules necessary, expedient, or appropriate to the governance, performance, enforcement, or carrying out of any of the purposes, objectives, or provisions of the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act or to promulgate rules regarding the professional standards of the practice of osteopathic medicine; 4. Initiate and prosecute administrative, civil, or criminal actions and proceedings necessary
