Employees - Inspection of records and facilities of licensee or applicant for license. A.

1.The State Board of Osteopathic Examiners shall, immediately after the members have qualified, elect a president, vice president and secretary.
2.The president of the Board shall preside at all meetings of the Board and perform such other duties as the Board by its rule may prescribe.
3.The vice president shall perform all the duties of the president, during the president’s absence or disability.
4.The secretary shall ensure a record is kept of all proceedings of the Board and perform such other duties as are prescribed in the Oklahoma Osteopathic Medicine Act, or which may be prescribed by the Board.
