Any person practicing the trade of barber, barber instructor, or apprentice barber, without having at the time a valid, unrevoked certificate, as provided in this act, or any person who as owner, lessee, manager, or in any other supervisory capacity, employs a person practicing the trade of barber, barber instructor, or apprentice barber without such person having a valid, unrevoked certificate as a barber, barber instructor, or apprentice barber, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and each day of such practice, or each day such unlicensed person is so employed, shall constitute a separate offense.
