Text

The Secretary of the State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision, upon concurrence of the President of the Board that an emergency exists for which the immediate suspension of a license is imperative for the public health, safety and welfare, may conduct a hearing as contemplated by Section 314 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes and may, upon probable cause, suspend temporarily the license of any person under the jurisdiction of the Board.
