§ 59-495h — Reinstatement of license or certificate - Satisfactory

evidence of professional competence. The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may require satisfactory evidence of professional competence and good moral character from applicants requesting reinstatement of any license or certificate issued by the Board. The Board may set criteria for measurement of professional competence by rule.
