Text

- Revocation or suspension of license. Any person practicing medicine and surgery in Oklahoma as defined by law without having the legal possession of a current renewal license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), and such practice shall constitute grounds for the revocation or suspension of his or her license to practice medicine and surgery in this state.
