A.The State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision may appoint a Board secretary to carry out the statutory duties of the Oklahoma Allopathic Medical and Surgical Licensure and Supervision Act. The Board may hire the secretary as an employee of the Board at such hours of employment and compensation as determined by the Board. The secretary shall be a licensed allopathic physician. The secretary shall not be a member of the Board and shall not vote on Board actions.
B.The secretary of the Board shall preserve a true record of the official proceedings of the meetings of the Board. He or she shall also preserve a record of physicians licensed, applying for such license, or applying for reinstatement of such license in this state showing: 1. Age; 2. Ethnic origin; 3. Sex; 4.
