Text

A.The State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Surveyors shall have the power to adopt and amend all bylaws and rules of procedure, not inconsistent with the Constitution and laws of this state and this act, including the adoption and promulgation of Rules of Professional Conduct for Professional Engineers and Surveyors, which may be reasonably necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the regulation of its proceedings, meetings, records, examinations and the conduct thereof. These actions by the Board shall be binding upon persons licensed or recognized under this act and shall be applicable to firms which hold or should hold a certificate of authority, and non-licensees found by the Board to be in violation of the provisions of this act.
