A.Certification or Enrollment as an Engineer Intern. The following shall be considered as minimum evidence that the applicant is qualified for certification as an engineer intern: 1. Satisfying the education requirements as outlined in this section; and 2. Passing the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination.
B.Licensure as a Professional Engineer. To be eligible for licensure as a professional engineer, an individual shall meet all of the following requirements: 1. Satisfy the education and experience criteria set forth in this section; 2. Pass the applicable examinations set forth in this section; and 3. Submit references acceptable to the Board as described in Board rules.
