Text

Oklahoma County. Any person or entity aggrieved by a final order of the Board may appeal from such decision by filing a petition in the District Court of Oklahoma County within thirty (30) days from the date of such final order. The District Court of Oklahoma County shall have jurisdiction of an appeal from the Board, and shall have power to affirm, reverse or modify the decisions of the Board. Such appeals shall be subject to the law and practice applicable to other civil actions. Provided, that any party to said appeal may appeal from the decision of said district court to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma in the same manner as provided by law in other civil actions.
