fees - Reinstatement on discharge. All funeral directors and/or embalmers regularly licensed in this state, who are or become members of the armed forces of the United States, shall upon proper notification to the executive director of the Oklahoma Funeral Board be placed upon the inactive military service list to be kept by the executive director and shall not be subject to the payment of renewal fees upon their licenses as funeral directors and/or embalmers until they have been discharged from the military service of the United States and desire to practice their profession in this state. Upon the discharge of licensees from military service, they shall be reinstated as active funeral directors and/or embalmers upon the payment of the then current year's license fee.
