Text

Temporary permit. In case of a catastrophe as declared by the executive director of the Board, funeral directors and embalmers from other states may be allowed to practice in this state. A temporary permit may be issued to those persons, and the permit shall allow the persons to practice for a length of time as determined by the Board.
