Text

Any person who violates any of the provisions of the Funeral Services Licensing Act or rule or regulation promulgated or order issued pursuant thereto, after notice and hearing pursuant to Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act, shall be subject to any of the following penalties and liabilities authorized by the Funeral Services Licensing Act: 1. License or certificate of apprenticeship revocation, denial, suspension or nonrenewal; 2. Administrative fines; 3. Injunctive proceedings; and 4. Other disciplinary action. Further, such person shall be subject to criminal penalties pursuant to the provisions of Section 396.24 of Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
