A.Pharmacists may dispense prescriptions for dangerous drugs for the treatment of ocular abnormalities, provided that such prescriptions are written by optometrists who are certified by the state in which they are actively practicing. Prescriptions for dangerous drugs issued by licensed optometrists shall include the optometrist's license number.
B.Pharmacists may dispense prescriptions for controlled dangerous substances specified in Section 581 of this title for the treatment of ocular abnormalities, provided that such prescriptions are written by optometrists licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners in Optometry. Prescriptions for controlled dangerous substances issued by licensed optometrists shall include the optometrist's license number and the optometrist's identification
