Text

A.

1.Every licensed pharmacist who desires to continue in the profession of pharmacy in this state shall, on or before the expiration date of the license, complete a renewal form and remit to the State Board of Pharmacy a renewal fee to be fixed by the Board. Upon compliance with the provisions of the Oklahoma Pharmacy Act and payment of such renewal fee by a licensee in good standing with the Board, a renewal certificate of licensure shall be issued.
2.Every licensed pharmacist who fails to complete a renewal form and remit the required renewal fee to the Board by the fifteenth day after the expiration of the license shall pay a late fee to be fixed by the Board.
