Text

A.

1.The Board of Dentistry shall have the following standing committees that shall meet once per year and other times as needed to study issues affecting the practice of dentistry and the safety of the public and to make recommendations to the Board: a. Dental Practice Committee, b. Anesthesia Committee, c. Specialty Practice Committee, d. Historical and Retirement Committee, and e. Assistants, Dental Labs and Other Auxiliary Personnel Committee.
2.Each committee shall be cochaired by a current or past Board member to be appointed by the Board President with approval by the Board and a member of a statewide organization representing dentists as recommended by such organization.
