A.
1.Any person who has been determined by the State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists to have violated any provision of the Oklahoma Licensed Perfusionists Act or any rule or order issued pursuant thereto may be liable for an administrative penalty of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each day that said violation continues. The maximum administrative penalty shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for any related series of violations that do not constitute immediate jeopardy to patients. Penalties of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per day may be imposed for violations constituting immediate jeopardy to residents.
